Biography
W. Thomas Snyder, also credited as Tom Snyder, is an American director and assistant director. He began working in film as a second assistant director in the late 1980s on features including Young Guns (1988), The Milagro Beanfield War (1988), Wild at Heart (1990) and Only You (1994).
Snyder has worked extensively in television as a first assistant director on series such as Weeds, GLOW and Reverie. He directed two episodes of The Mentalist (2008) in 2014 and 2015. He received a Directors Guild of America Award in 2000 for outstanding directorial achievement in movies for television.
