Biography
Wendy Barrie was a British actress. She made her screen debut in 1932 and appeared in several films for London Films, including The Private Life of Henry VIII (1933) as Jane Seymour.
She moved to the United States in the mid-1930s and worked in Hollywood films such as Dead End (1937) as Kay, The Hound of the Baskervilles (1939) as Beryl Stapleton and Five Came Back (1939) as Alice Melbourne. Barrie also appeared on television, hosting The Wendy Barrie Show, and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
She was married to David L. Meyer and died in 1978.
