Biography
William O'Leary is an American actor born on 19 October 1957 in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1976 and earned a degree in acting from Illinois State University. In 1982 he received an MFA from the University of Washington's Professional Actor Training Program. He made his Broadway debut in 1986 in Precious Sons.
O'Leary played Jimmy in the film Bull Durham (1988). He is known for his recurring role as Marty Taylor on the television series Home Improvement (1994–1999) and as General Xaviax in Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight. His other credits include Hot Shots! (1991), Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) and guest appearances in series such as Shameless, NCIS and 24.
