Biography
William Paul Dornisch was a film and television editor. His credits include Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982) and the television film The Day After (1983), directed by Nicholas Meyer, for which he received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Film Editing for a Limited Series or a Special.
Earlier work includes serving as supervising editor on Johnny Got His Gun (1971) and editorial supervisor on The Picasso Summer (1969). He edited four episodes of the series MacGyver in 1988.
Dornisch was born on 24 March 1930 and died on 11 April 1997.
