Biography
Wladimir Matuchin is a Russian actor. He trained at the Theatre Academy in Leningrad and performed in theatres in Moscow and St Petersburg before moving to Germany in 1991.
Since then he has appeared in German television series including Stadtklinik (1998), Alles was zählt (2008) and Alarm für Cobra 11 – Die Autobahnpolizei (2011). His film credits include the role of Nikolai Spielrein in David Cronenberg's A Dangerous Method (2011).
Matuchin is also a theatre director and pedagogue, and has founded his own theatre group in Germany.
