Biography
Yasushi Tsuge is a Japanese film producer. He graduated in 1979 from the cinema department of Nihon University College of Art and joined Herald Ace in 1983, where he worked in film promotion and production. He later worked for Bandai Visual and, from 1998, Asmik Ace Entertainment.
Tsuge has produced numerous live-action films. His credits include Getting Any? (1995), Kids Return (1996), Fireworks (1997), Suzaku (1997), Shikoku (1999), The Black House (1999), Persona (2000) and Letter from the Mountain (2002). Several of these were directed by Takeshi Kitano.
