Biography
Yōko Kanamori, also credited as Yoko Kanemori or Youko Kanamori, is a Japanese animation director and storyboard artist. She began her career at Studio Pierrot as a production manager around 2011, working on series such as Beelzebub (2011–2012) and White Bear Café (2012–2013), before becoming a freelancer.
She has contributed as episode director and storyboard artist on numerous anime, including Attack on Titan (2013), Yona of the Dawn (2014), Seraph of the End (2015), Mob Psycho 100 (2016), The Ancient Magus' Bride (2017), Boruto: Naruto Next Generations (2017), Run with the Wind (2018), Great Pretender (2020), and Natsume's Book of Friends (various seasons). She made her debut as series director on 'Tis Time for "Torture," Princess (2024).
