Biography
Yuen Wah is a Hong Kong actor, martial artist, stuntman and action choreographer. He trained at the China Drama Academy's Peking Opera School as a member of the Seven Little Fortunes troupe alongside Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung and Yuen Biao.
He began his film career in the early 1970s as a stunt double for Bruce Lee in Fist of Fury (1972) and Enter the Dragon (1973), later taking acting roles often as villains. He is known for the Landlord in Kung Fu Hustle (2004), for which he received the Hong Kong Film Award for Best Supporting Actor, Sing Song in Australia (2008), and Master Guang Bo in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021). He has also worked extensively in Hong Kong television.
