Biography
Yves Barre is a French costume designer. He began working in the industry in the late 1990s as an assistant on productions including Lost in Space (1998) and progressed to designer roles on feature films and television.
His film credits include The League of Gentlemen's Apocalypse (2005), Mutant Chronicles (2008) and Arthur Christmas (2011). On television he has designed costumes for The League of Gentlemen (1999–2002), Psychoville, In the Flesh (2013), The Secret of Crickley Hall (2012) and Inside No. 9 (2014–2024).
Barre has received a BAFTA Television Craft Award for costume design and other nominations and wins from the RTS Craft & Design Awards.
