Biography
Zach Lipovsky (also credited as Zack Lipovsky) is a Canadian director, writer and visual effects specialist. Born in Vancouver, he began as a child actor before becoming a finalist on the Fox reality series On the Lot in 2007, placing fifth out of 12,000 entrants worldwide.
He has directed the films Tasmanian Devils (2013), Leprechaun: Origins (2014), Dead Rising: Watchtower (2015), Freaks (2018, which he also wrote and produced with Adam Stein), the live-action Kim Possible (2019) and Final Destination Bloodlines (2025, co-directed with Stein). Lipovsky was the producing director on the Disney XD series MECH-X4 (2016–2018), for which he received a Daytime Emmy nomination. He is also the designer of the shot-listing app Shot Lister.
