Biography
Zbigniew Borek is a Polish actor working in film, television and theatre, as well as a dubbing artist. He was born on 11 August 1959 in Kraków and graduated from the State Higher Theatre School (PWST) there in 1982. He made his stage debut the same year and subsequently appeared with theatres in Białystok, Olsztyn and Warsaw.
Borek is known for his role as the priest in Krzysztof Kieślowski’s Decalogue V (1989) and the related feature A Short Film About Killing (1988). His other screen credits include appearances in the television series Klan and various Polish films and serials from the 1980s onwards.
