Biography
Zhao Hailong is a Chinese actor and Peking opera performer, also credited as Zhao Hai Long. He made his screen debut portraying the teenage Shitou in the 1993 film Farewell My Concubine.
He trained at the Beijing Opera School, graduating in 1997, and studied in the Performance Department of Beijing Normal University, graduating in 2002. Zhao has appeared in television series such as Empresses in the Palace (2012 and 2015) as Kang Luhai. He is a painted-face actor with the Jingju Theater Company of Beijing and became a disciple of performer Jiacun Li in 2008.
