Biography
Zhou Yun is a Chinese actress. She graduated from the Central Academy of Drama in 2000 and began her screen career with an uncredited role in the film Love Season that year.
She has appeared in films including Warriors of Heaven and Earth (2003) as Jue Hui, The Sun Also Rises (2007), Bodyguards and Assassins (2009) as Chun, Let the Bullets Fly (2010) as Hua Jie, Gone with the Bullets (2014), The Assassin (2015) as Lady Tian Yuan / Jingjinger, and Hidden Man (2018) as Guan Qiaohong. She has frequently collaborated with director and actor Jiang Wen, whom she married in 2005. She also works as a producer.
For her performance in The Assassin, Zhou won the Best Supporting Actress award at the 10th Asian Film Awards.
