Biography
Alexander Richard Ludwig (born 7 May 1992) is a Canadian actor. He began his career as a child in Vancouver, appearing in commercials from the age of nine and in early films such as Air Bud: World Pup (2000) and Race to Witch Mountain (2009).
Ludwig received recognition for his role as Cato in The Hunger Games (2012). He is also known for playing Bjorn Ironside in the series Vikings (2014–2020), Shane Patton in Lone Survivor (2013), and Dorn in Bad Boys for Life (2020) and Bad Boys: Ride or Die (2024). Other credits include Guy Ritchie's The Covenant (2023) and Midway (2019). He has also worked as a country musician.
