Alfie Williams (born 3 January 2011) is an English actor from Newcastle upon Tyne. He played Spike in the films 28 Years Later (2025) and 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (2026).

His earlier credits include the role of Ghost Theo in the television series His Dark Materials (2022), the short film Phallacy (2021) and A New Breed of Criminal (2023). He is the son of actor Alfie Dobson.
