Biography
Alton Walpole is a producer, line producer and unit production manager. He began his career in roles including grip, prop master, editor and cinematographer.
He edited and contributed to the screenplay of Koyaanisqatsi (1983), and later served as supervising producer on Baraka (1992). His producing credits include co-producer on The Tao of Steve (2000) and line producer or unit production manager on Crazy Heart (2009), The Spirit (2008), Jane Got a Gun (2015) and Beyond the Reach (2014).
Walpole is a member of the Directors Guild of America and owns Mountainair Films Inc. He is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
