Biography
Alvise Rigo is an Italian actor, model and former rugby player. Born in Venice on 12 December 1992, he played rugby for Mogliano Rugby and other clubs, reaching Serie A, before an injury ended his sporting career. He subsequently worked as a fitness coach and model, and appeared on Italian television, including as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars in 2021.
Rigo made his film acting debut in Ferzan Özpetek's Nuovo Olimpo (2023) as Antonio. He played Jonah, the trainer, in Pedro Almodóvar's The Room Next Door (2024), and has appeared in Emily in Paris (2025) as Romeo, Billionaires' Bunker (2025) as Luca Solatore, and The Beauty (2026).
