Biography
Ameir Brown is a British writer. He grew up partly in Jamaica before emigrating to Birmingham at the age of eight. He completed an MA in Screenwriting at the London Film School, graduating in 2018.
His television credits include episodes of the series Criminal Record (2024) and A Thousand Blows (2025). He has also written for Champion (2023) and worked on Black Ops.
Brown has received several awards and recognitions, including winning the BAFTA Rocliffe Comedy Screenplay award in 2019, appearing on the Brit List in 2020, and being named in Broadcast Hot Shots in 2022.
