Biography
Amy Baer is a film and television producer and executive. She has produced or executive produced Purple Hearts (2022), Last Vegas (2013), Mary Shelley (2017), Brian Banks (2019), Jerry & Marge Go Large (2022) and The Apprentice (2024).
Baer spent 17 years at Sony Pictures Entertainment before launching CBS Films as president and CEO in 2007. In 2012 she founded Gidden Media, serving as its president for more than a decade. She was also president of Landline Pictures from 2020 to 2023. In September 2025 she was appointed president of film and television at Artists Equity, the studio founded by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.
