Biography
Anastasia Masaro is a Canadian production designer born on 12 November 1974 in Toronto, Ontario. She began working in film in the late 1990s as an assistant art director.
Masaro has served as production designer on The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009), for which she received Academy Award and BAFTA nominations for Best Art Direction/Production Design, Mama (2013), Tully (2018), XX (2017), Nightbooks (2021) and other films. Earlier credits include art direction on Dead Silence (2007) and Tideland (2005).
