Biography
Andrew Eaton is a British film and television producer. He was born in Derry, Northern Ireland, and educated at Campbell College and Churchill College, Cambridge, where he graduated with a BA in 1982.
In 1994 he co-founded the production company Revolution Films with director Michael Winterbottom. Eaton has produced many of Winterbottom’s films, including 24 Hour Party People (2002), Code 46 (2003), 9 Songs (2004), A Mighty Heart (2007) and The Trip (2011). He also produced Ron Howard’s Rush (2013) and episodes of the Netflix series The Crown (2016).
Eaton received the British Independent Film Award for Producer of the Year in 2000. He left Revolution Films in 2016.
