Biography
Anna Diop is a Senegalese-American actress. Born Mame-Anna Diop on 6 February 1988 in Dakar, Senegal, she moved to the United States at the age of six. She began her career with a recurring role on the sitcom Everybody Hates Chris in 2006.
Diop gained prominence with series regular roles on The Messengers (2015) and 24: Legacy (2017). She portrayed Kory Anders / Starfire on the series Titans from 2018 to 2023. Her film credits include Us (2019), in which she played Rayne Thomas / Eartha, and Nanny (2022), in which she played Aisha. In 2022 she received the Spotlight Award at the Newport Beach Film Festival.
