Biography
Anna Mastro is an American film and television director. Born and raised in Seattle, she began her career directing commercials and music videos before moving into television and features.
She has directed episodes of series including Shameless (2011), Gossip Girl (2007), Jane the Virgin (2014), The Rookie (2018), Marvel's Runaways (2017), The Bold Type (2017) and XO, Kitty (2023). Her feature credits include Walter (2015) and Secret Society of Second Born Royals (2020). She also directed the short film Bench Seat (2011).
