Biography
Anne Carey is an independent film and television producer. She co-founded the production company This Is That with Ted Hope and Anthony Bregman, and has served as Partner and President of Production at Archer Gray.
Her producing credits include Adventureland (2009), The American (2010), Mr. Holmes (2015), The Diary of a Teenage Girl (2015), 20th Century Women (2016), Can You Ever Forgive Me? (2018) and Nightbitch (2024). She has also produced the television series Dead Ringers (2023).
Carey has collaborated with directors including Marielle Heller, Nicole Holofcener, Mike Mills and Tamara Jenkins. Her films have been distributed by Fox Searchlight Pictures, Sony Pictures Classics and others, and have screened at festivals such as Sundance and Toronto.
