Biography
Annie Weisman is a television writer, producer and director. She began her career as a playwright, with works including Be Aggressive and Hold Please produced in the early 2000s. A graduate of Williams College, she transitioned to television writing.
Her credits include episodes of Desperate Housewives (2010–2012), Suburgatory (2012–2014) and The Path (2016–2018). She created and served as showrunner on Almost Family (2019) and Physical (2021–2023), for which she also directed an episode. She has written for Based on a True Story (2023) and created Imperfect Women (2026).
