Biography
Anthony Palk (1939–1998) was a British film editor and sound editor. He began his career in the 1960s working as an editor on British television series including The Avengers and Secret Agent, and on feature films such as The Pleasure Girls (1965) and All Coppers Are... (1972).
After moving to the United States, Palk focused on sound editing. His credits include sound editor on Platoon (1986) and Bloodsport (1988), supervising sound editor on Under the Volcano (1984) and Twister (1989), and sound effects editor on Death Warrant (1990). He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for outstanding film sound editing for a series. Palk was married to Elaine Carr.
