Biography
Asher Goldstein is a film producer. His credits include Short Term 12 (2013), Just Mercy (2019) and Buena Vista Social Club: Adios (2017). He has worked in production management on Green Room (2015) and served as executive producer on the series American Born Chinese (2023).
Goldstein graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He began his career in production roles and as an assistant at ICM before joining Traction Media. He has frequently collaborated with director Destin Daniel Cretton, having produced the feature adaptation of Short Term 12 after first encountering Cretton’s short film of the same name.
