Biography
Aubrey Nealon is a Canadian writer, producer and director. Born in 1971 in New Denver, British Columbia, he trained at the Vancouver Film School. He began his career as a teen actor in the series Hillside (also known as Fifteen) before directing short films and his feature debut A Simple Curve (2005).
Nealon has written and produced for numerous television series, including Flashpoint, Rookie Blue, Saving Hope, Orphan Black (2013–), Frontier, Snowpiercer and Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent. He created and served as showrunner on the CTV series Cardinal (2017). He won a Canadian Screen Award for Best Writing in a Dramatic Series for an episode of Flashpoint and received further nominations for work on Orphan Black and Cardinal.
