Biography
Austin Stoker was a Trinidadian-American actor. He began his career on stage, appearing in the 1954 Broadway production of House of Flowers.
His film roles included MacDonald in Battle for the Planet of the Apes (1973) and Lt. Ethan Bishop in Assault on Precinct 13 (1976). He also appeared in Airport 1975 (1974), Sheba, Baby (1975) and the television mini-series Roots (1977), and voiced a character in the animated series Return to the Planet of the Apes (1975).
Stoker died on 7 October 2022.
