Biography
B.B. King, also credited as Riley B. King, was an American musician who appeared in numerous films and television productions, often as himself or in supporting roles.
His film credits include When We Were Kings (1996) as Self, Spies Like Us (1985) as Ace Tomato Agent, Heart and Souls (1993) as Himself, Blues Brothers 2000 (1998) as Malvern Gasperon and Amazon Women on the Moon (1987) as B.B. King. Television appearances encompass episodes of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990) as Pappy, Married... with Children (1987) as Street Singer, The Cosby Show (1984) as Riley Jackson and Touched by an Angel (1994) as B.B. King. He was born in Itta Bena, Mississippi, and died in 2015.
