Biography
Barbara Eve Harris is a Canadian actress born Barbara Evadney Reid-Hibbert on 8 March 1959 in Tobago, Trinidad and Tobago, to Jamaican parents. She emigrated to Canada at the age of six and graduated from the University of Ottawa with a B.A. in Theatre and Philosophy. She began her career in Canada with stage and film work before relocating to Los Angeles in 1998.
Harris is known for her recurring role as FBI Agent Felicia Lang in the series Prison Break (2006–2009) and appearances in The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), Transformers: The Last Knight (2017), Criminal Minds (2005), Chicago P.D. (2014) and Fallout (2024). She received a Gemini Award nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role for her work in the Canadian series Side Effects (1994–1996). She has also provided additional voices for Minions & Monsters (2026).
