Biography
Barbara Marks is a film and television editor. Her early credits include work as an assistant editor, uncredited, on The Godfather (1972). She later edited an episode of the television series Kojak (1977).
Marks contributed to several notable productions in editorial and post-production roles, including additional editor on The Black Stallion (1979) and Broadcast News (1987), and post-production coordinator on Apocalypse Now (1979). She also worked in sound editing on Terms of Endearment (1983). She was married to film editor Richard Marks from 1967 until his death in 2018.
