Biography
Betti Pedrazzi, also credited as Betty Pedrazzi or Elisabetta Pedrazzi, is an Italian actress. Born on 9 June 1955 in Carpi, Modena, Emilia-Romagna, she trained at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico in Rome.
She began her career in theatre in the 1970s, working with directors including Luca Ronconi and Toni Servillo over an 18-year collaboration. Her stage credits include productions of works by Goldoni, De Filippo, Marivaux and Shakespeare. In 1999 she received the Borgio Verezzi prize for best supporting actress as Emilia in Otello.
Pedrazzi has appeared in films such as The Hand of God (2021) as Baronessa Focale, 18 Presents (2020) as Nonna, Sicilian Letters (2024) as Elvira and Immaculate (2024) as Sister Francesca. Her television work includes series such as Vostro onore (2022) and Imma Tataranni (2023).
