Billy Lush is an American actor born on 30 November 1981 in New Haven, Connecticut. He graduated from Coral Springs High School in Florida in 1999 and later attended Florida State University to study theatre. His career began in the early 2000s with guest appearances in television series.

Lush is known for his role as Kevin Donnelly in the NBC drama series The Black Donnellys (2007) and as Lance Corporal Harold James Trombley in the HBO miniseries Generation Kill (2008). He also played Liam Hennessy in the Fox series The Chicago Code (2011). Both The Black Donnellys and The Chicago Code were cancelled after one season.
