Biography
Blake Shields is an American actor. He was born in Ithaca, New York, and spent much of his childhood travelling with his family before settling in Israel and later returning to the United States. He trained and performed with the Idaho Shakespeare Festival and the Washington Street Players, appearing in productions including A Midsummer Night's Dream and Hamlet.
Shields made his screen debut in the late 1990s with guest roles in series such as The West Wing and Boy Meets World. He had recurring roles as Osgood in the HBO series Carnivàle (2003–2005) and as Tommy Emerson in Sleeper Cell (2005–2006). Other television credits include Heroes (as Flint Gordon), American Horror Story, Lucifer, The Mentalist, Bones, Castle and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
