Biography
Bonnie R. Benwick is a producer who previously worked as an assistant director and production manager. She holds a college business certificate and a university degree in communications. After an early career in corporate human resources and labour relations, she entered the film and television industry and advanced through the assistant director department to first assistant director, a role she held for more than ten years, before becoming a unit production manager and then a producer.
Her producer credits include the series Maid (2021), Home Before Dark (2020) and Avatar: The Last Airbender (2024). Earlier work encompasses production management on Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011) and assistant director positions on films such as Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (1995). Her projects have received awards and nominations. She is based in Los Angeles.
