Biography
Brian K. Roberts is an American television director, producer, writer and editor. He has directed episodes of sitcoms including Everybody Loves Raymond (1998–2005), The Drew Carey Show (1995–2004), Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (1996–2002), The King of Queens, According to Jim and Lizzie McGuire.
Roberts worked on The Simpsons from 1989 to 1991 as an editor, dialogue editor and writer. He wrote the season two episode "Brush with Greatness". Prior to this he edited The Tracey Ullman Show, receiving a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Editing for a Miniseries or a Special.
He has directed over 350 US television programmes and more than 200 Canadian episodes and films. Roberts is a three-time Emmy Award winner and has also received a Directors Guild of Canada award.
