Biography

Carly Simon is an American singer-songwriter and composer. She contributed the song "Let the River Run" to the soundtrack of the 1988 film Working Girl, for which she received an Academy Award, a Golden Globe and a Grammy Award.

Simon has also provided voice performances in episodes of the television series Frasier (1993), Family Guy (1999) and Bob's Burgers (2011). She was born on 25 June 1945 in New York City.
