Biography
Carmel Davies is a film editor. Her credits include work as editor on Red Heat (1988), Johnny Handsome (1989), Another 48 Hrs. (1990), episodes of the television series Tales from the Crypt (1989–1990) and Geronimo: An American Legend (1993). She served as assistant film editor on earlier productions including Southern Comfort (1981), 48 Hrs. (1982), Streets of Fire (1984) and Brewster's Millions (1985).
She has also contributed to later projects such as Blink of an Eye (1992) as editor and Bats (1999) as assistant editor. Davies was previously married to editor Freeman A. Davies, with whom she collaborated on several films.
