Biography
Chad L. Coleman is an American actor. He is known for his performances as Dennis 'Cutty' Wise in the HBO series The Wire (2004–2008) and Tyreese Williams in the AMC series The Walking Dead (2012–2015).
Coleman has appeared in films including Horrible Bosses (2011), The Green Hornet (2011) and Copshop (2021). He played Fred Johnson in the Syfy/Amazon series The Expanse (2015–2020) and Bruno Mannheim in Superman & Lois (2023–2024). In 2025 he portrayed boxing promoter Don King in the biographical sports drama Christy.
His stage work includes a Broadway production of August Wilson's Joe Turner's Come and Gone.
