Biography
Charlotte Stewart is an American actress. Born on 27 February 1941 in Yuba City, California, she trained at the Pasadena Playhouse and began her career in the early 1960s with guest roles on series including The Loretta Young Show and Bonanza.
She is known for playing Eva Beadle Simms on Little House on the Prairie (1974–1978) and Betty Briggs on Twin Peaks (1990). Her film roles include Mary X in Eraserhead (1977) and Nancy Sterngood in Tremors (1990) and its 2001 sequel. She has appeared in numerous other television series and films.
