Biography
Cheung Ka-fai is a Hong Kong film editor. He began working in the industry in 1987 and has contributed to dozens of Hong Kong and international productions as editor or supervising editor.
His credits include Center Stage (1991), the Ip Man series (2008–2019), The Wandering Earth (2019) and its 2023 sequel, Police Story 3: Super Cop (1992), and Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In (2024). He has received multiple Hong Kong Film Awards for Best Editing, for Big Bullet (1996), Ip Man 2 (2010), Ip Man 3 (2015), Ip Man 4: The Finale (2019) and Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In (2024), as well as Golden Horse Awards for Police Story 3: Super Cop (1992) and Big Bullet (1996).
