Biography
Christophe Nuyens is a Belgian cinematographer and member of the Belgian Society of Cinematographers (SBC). Originally an electrician, he discovered his vocation during film school in Brussels. He began as a camera assistant on music videos and documentaries before concentrating on television drama from 2009.
Nuyens is known for his work as director of photography on the Netflix series Lupin (2021), for which he received an ASC Award nomination, and on Andor (2022), including the first six episodes of its second season. Other credits include Infiniti (2022), Black Spot (Zone Blanche, 2017–2019) and A Discovery of Witches (2018). He has received several awards for photography on Belgian and French productions, including at the Festival de Luchon and Camerimage, and was nominated for a Primetime Emmy for his work on an episode of Andor.
