Biography
Christopher Koefoed is a film editor. He began his career in 1979 as an apprentice editor on North Dallas Forty and worked as an assistant editor on several studio productions in the 1980s, including Urban Cowboy (1980), Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982), The Stepfather (1987), Young Guns (1988) and The Abyss (1989).
From 1990 he took lead editing credits, beginning with Genuine Risk (1990). His subsequent work includes Menace II Society (1993), Gridlock'd (1997) and later independent features and the documentary Slippin': Ten Years with the Bloods (2005). He has also written for television.
