Biography
Clotilde Mollet is a French actress born in Paris on 9 April 1963. She studied violin at a music conservatory, where she won a first prize, before training at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris under Jacques Lassalle. She began working in theatre during her second year there and has remained active on stage since the early 1980s.
Mollet is known for supporting roles in films including Amélie (2001) as Gina, The Intouchables (2011) as Marcelle, Samba (2014) as Josiane, In Safe Hands (2018) as Mathilde, The Red Violin (1998) as Antoinette Pussin, Diary of a Chambermaid (2015) as Madame Lanlaire, The Page Turner (2006) as Virginie and The Crisis (1992) as Tania. She has also appeared in numerous television series and films into the 2020s.
She is married to actor Hervé Pierre.
