Biography
Colin MacLachlan is a British actor. He is credited as Mr Tom Wilkinson in the film Billy Elliot (2000).
His other screen credits include the role of Prison Officer in Wilde (1997) and Master Bowles in several Hornblower television films released between 1998 and 1999. He appeared as Billy in the 2008 series Inspector George Gently and as Sergeant Stone in The Last Detective (2003–2004). From 2001 to 2002 he played Brian Noakes in more than 300 episodes of the soap opera Crossroads.
