Biography
Corrado Invernizzi is an Italian actor born on 25 April 1965 in Genoa. He trained in acting at the Accademia dei Filodrammatici in Milan and studied opera singing as a tenor at the Conservatorio Giacomo Puccini in La Spezia.
He is known for film roles including Franco Gozzi in Ford v Ferrari (2019) and Luigi in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023), both directed by James Mangold. He has collaborated with Marco Bellocchio on Vincere (2009) and Kidnapped (2023), and appeared in Piazza Fontana: The Italian Conspiracy (2012). Television credits include Cardinal Angelo in Doctor Who (2017) and Pierre Curie in Genius (2017).
Invernizzi has an extensive stage career in Italy and France, and has provided voice work such as the Grand Duke in The Bears' Famous Invasion of Sicily (2019).
