Biography
Dallas McKennon was an American actor and voice actor. He provided several voices for the 1955 Disney film Lady and the Tramp, including Toughy, the Professor, Pedro and the Hyena.
His other voice work includes characters in Mary Poppins (1964), The Birds (1963), How the Grinch Stole Christmas! (1966) and Bedknobs and Broomsticks (1971). McKennon also voiced Gumby in the stop-motion series and Buzz Buzzard in the Woody Woodpecker cartoons, and supplied voices for Disney theme park attractions. His career spanned more than 50 years.
