Biography
Dan Jones is a British composer and sound designer working in film, television and theatre. He read music at the University of Oxford and studied electro-acoustic composition at the Centro Ricerche Musicali in Rome.
His film scores include Shadow of the Vampire (2000), Max (2002), Lady Macbeth (2016) and On Chesil Beach (2018). He has also composed for television series such as Dead Set (2008), The Miniaturist (2017) and The Outlaws (2021). Jones has won BAFTA and Ivor Novello Awards.
