Biography
Dana Vernon Ashbrook is an American actor. He was born on 24 May 1967 in San Diego, California. He is best known for playing Bobby Briggs in the television series Twin Peaks (1990–1991) and its 2017 revival Twin Peaks: The Return, as well as in the 1992 film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me.
Ashbrook began acting in the late 1970s with an uncredited role in Attack of the Killer Tomatoes! (1978). His father directed the drama department at Palomar College, and his sister Daphne Ashbrook is also an actress. Subsequent credits include recurring roles in Dawson's Creek (2002–2003) and guest appearances in series such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Psych.
